To Vicki Dessaints, my name is Ian Duncan and I visited your shop in late January to get an estimate for my car that had recently been in a collision. The representative (who is no longer with your company) prepared my documents and told me that it could take up to two months to acquire the parts for my older vehicle and that I should order the parts and wait for a call to bring in my vehicle. Since that time I have been shopping the estimate to smaller body shops with the thought that I might find someone with a better relationship with vendors and who would be able to assist me in expediting the repairs to my vehicle, only to find that most shops are difficult to deal with- if they’ll even deal with you at all. Reluctant and only out of desperation, I called your shop today to proceed with the repairs to my vehicle and asked for the service rep whose business card I still had with me- not to my surprise it turns out that he is no longer employed there.
I was then transferred to a delightful gentleman named Sam who immediately impressed me with his knowledge of the processes required to fix my car, and he even took the time to show me how I can save a few dollars on some clips that weren’t in the original estimate. He then told me that the parts should take a week - and I stopped him to tell him that they would take a month or two – but he immediately called a long-time contact of his who he trusted to get parts, and arranged to have them brought in from different locations across the country and delivered in seven days. Immediately after leaving your shop- I had a sense of confidence that Sam was going to take good care of me. When I returned home- I was so impressed and amazed with Sam that I told my girlfriend about him.
She instantly rattled off a few other repairs she needed to her vehicle but was waiting to find someone that she could trust. While being a top-notch person to deal with, Sam has proven to me that his knowledge and industry contacts make him a valuable asset to your organization and he should be recognized for his efforts. My only concern at this point is that my girlfriend may leave me for Sam- so I hope that he is happily married :-)

He was courteous, knowledgeable and honest in his approach and advice, in stark difference to one of your previous employees with whom our experience was not one of a true good customer service.

Bill, if gold were put into human form, it would be Vicki Dessaints! My compliments on having someone who is totally prepared to accomplish all facets of her position.
Vicki is smart, caring and postured to patience and understanding of people. She keeps her word and allows her good nature and intelligence to do the work required as Manager.

I recently had my car in for body work. I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on one of your employees. Nino Apostol, my Damage Appraiser is an asset to your company. He was most pleasant and courteous on my first visit. He explained the procedure for repairs and checked with my insurance company regarding my deductible, eliminating any money out of my pocket. He assisted me in getting the rental car I needed.
Nino told me it would take 10 working days for my work to be completed. In the time it took, only 7 days, he called my home on two occasions to keep me informed as to the progress of the work. I can not express my surprise and pleasure in him doing this. Past experiences have not been this professional. As I told Nino, “I hope I never see you again!” but if the need does arise, you can be most assured I will return to Falconi’s and will recommend your services to anyone in need of them.
Thank you Nino and Falconi’s for making an unpleasant situation bearable. You deserve a “TWO THUMBS UP!!!”

Dear Ms. Dessaints,
Per our phone conversation earlier today, I wish to commend one of your Customer Service Reps. Early this morning I brought my wife’s 2003 Acura CL-S to your business for an estimate. I fully expected bad news. On Monday I was driving her car and ran into a curb resulting in a significant dent in the left corner of the lower plastic panel across the front of the car. I had tried to “pop” the dent out without success. Acura referred me to you and Chris Sawyer stepped up to serve me. After trying to do the same thing I had, he offered two approaches. He could take the car into the shop area and try to “pop” the dent and clean the white curb paint from the area of the dent, or he could take the car in for two days, remove the dent and repaint at a cost of about $300. I was more than willing to accept the second alternative, but we agreed to try the first approach before resorting to the second option. I sat for less than ten minutes and Chris presented my wife’s car in perfect condition, sans dent and paint, with only a few almost invisible marks!
The topper was when I asked him what I owed him. His response was, “Just a handshake and a smile.” I realize that this was probably a simple task for him, but it was a significant one for me. He certainly lived up to the “customer service” in his job title. This type of professionalism with a caring attitude is all too rare today. You are very fortunate to have this caliber of employee. Please express my deep appreciation and know that in the future you will get all my business and recommendations.

Dear Madam or Sir:
I recently had to have my car repaired at your shop. Andy Osborne was my customer service representative.
There are very few times that I can honestly write a letter about “satisfied customer services” anymore. But, in this instance, I must tell you that I felt compelled to do so because that young man, Andy, did an excellent job.
I was in there, given a rental car… no problems… no hassles. Andy understood that I had to leave town… and my car was repaired right away and I was on my way. That… madam or sir… is what customer service is all about. It seems to be a rare instance nowadays that one finds that.
You should be commended for having such a person on staff. Thank you for the attention and I was glad to do business with your organization… and would highly recommend it to anyone needing your services. Everyone from the receptionist to the rental car service and, of course, Andy, should be commended.
