The Auto Body Repair Process at Collision Authority

In the unfortunate event of an accident Collision Authority is here to help! Simply give us a call and we can arrange a tow, contact your insurance company and get you a rental car if needed.
An estimate is written and repair authorization is obtained by the Insurance Company or the party paying for repairs. We try our best to make this go as smooth as possible since you have just been in an accident we don't want you to feel even more stress when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed.
Any mechanical damage resulting from the accident is generally fixed first. This is done in order to get your vehicle mobile so that the auto body repair can be done.
Your vehicle is then mounted to a frame machine to inspect for any frame or unibody damage. If necessary, the frame is then repaired (pulled) back to factory specifications.
All structural auto body repairs are done and the vehicle is sent to the Paint Department.
The vehicle is prepped, masked, primed and painted to match the original factory finish.
Final assembly is done and your vehicle is now back to "Pre-Accident" condition.
Your vehicle is detailed (cleaned inside & out) and goes through a rigorous 50 point inspection by our Quality Control Department. After everything is thoroughly checked you get the keys back and life is returned to normal.
